THE PUSHUP

​This very popular exercise can work all bust and particularly the pectorals, shoulders and triceps. We can build good chest with only the pumps but if you know how to go about it, you could gain a tremendously amount of strength.

The bench press is the basic strength training exercise to forge a steel chest. Very popular and practiced in theaters, it requires good techniques of balance and proper breathing.

THE DECLINE BENCH PRESS

 The bench declined at the bar or dumbbells can plump the lower part of the lower chest pecs.  The version with the dumbbells requires some practice, so for beginners, its better to use a bar with a partner for security reasons.

THE INCLINE BENCH PRESS

 The incline bench press performed at the bar or dumbbells is a great exercise to muscle up the chest.  This part is often lags at the bottom of the chest pectoral.

​THE DUMBELL FLY

​The spread is lying on a flat bench insulation resistance exercise that muscle the middle part of the chest. This will place the end of the session as an exercise finishing pectoral.

THE INCLINE DUMBELL  FLY

​An isolation exercise that can work on a large amplitude. Popular with beginners, it usually finalizes the pectoral session after the basic movements and gives a good feeling to the upper chest cavity.

The repulsion dips on parallel bars allow you to construct a muscular torso and chest on top. A good exercise to gain strength in the upper body which helps develop balance.
